Refund and Cancellation Policy for Institute of Peace, Happiness & Mind Power Development (IPHMPd)


Thank you for your interest in IPHMPd’s  healing services. We strive to provide a clear and transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases made on [invalid URL removed] are final and non-refundable. This includes readings, consultations, workshops, and other offerings.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment or service within 24 hours of booking for a full credit. This credit can be used towards a future appointment or service offered by IPHMPD.

Exceptions

There are no exceptions to our refund and cancellation policy unless due to unforeseen circumstances on our end that prevent us from fulfilling the service. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your appointment or service.

To cancel your Booking:

  • Log in to your IPHMD account.
  • Navigate to your booking details.
  • Select the “Cancel Booking ” option.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking will not be eligible for any refund.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing your booking details before confirming your reservation.
  • In case of extenuating circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, serious illness), please contact us directly. We will assess the situation and may offer alternative solutions, such as rescheduling your booking.

Additional Considerations:

  • While we do not offer refunds, certain homestays on our platform may have their own cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific homestay listing for details.
  • We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances that may impact their travel plans.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

* The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
* The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be
returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
* The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
* The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet
the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot
be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by
applicable law.
